Requirements for candidates:

Experience working as a head writer, project manager, and creative producer on a YouTube channel.
Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of YouTube content trends.
Ability to analyze existing and create new trends for YouTube.
Ability to work with a team, make independent decisions, and take responsibility for them.

Key tasks:

Full creative control over the production of the project from concept to final video;
In-depth analysis of YouTube market trends;
Creation of video concepts for the channel;
Development and processing of creative ideas for videos;
Development of video packaging;
Packaging testing;
Writing a brief for the production department;
Creative team control:
- distribution and control of the work of screenwriters;
- approval of scripts; creative script readings;
- author’s supervision during preparation for filming;
- approval and amendment of post-production;
Control of the creative content and execution of the creative idea until the final product is realized.
